$420 · 60 min

Cryo Body Sculpting is our body cryotherapy session, sometimes called cryo toning: a cold-therapy body toning treatment in which a chilled applicator, cooled to −6 °C, is moved continuously over the area being treated. The aim is cosmetic — skin that looks smoother and more toned — and the session takes 60 minutes with nothing to recover from afterwards.
It suits clients who want the skin on the abdomen, flanks, thighs or arms to look more refined, and those who like to follow ultrasonic cavitation with a cold step. It is cosmetic, not a medical procedure, and it is no substitute for regular movement and a healthy diet. If you are pregnant, or have cold urticaria, Raynaud’s or a pacemaker, please choose another treatment.
At Vearitea Wellness Spa, body cryotherapy is contact cooling with a handheld applicator that treats one area at a time, not a whole-body cryo chamber, so the rest of you stays warm and comfortable. Book it on its own for $420, or pair it with cavitation in our $540 combo, with evening and weekend appointments.
Cold therapy helps the skin over the treated area look smoother and more toned, especially across a series of sessions.
A handheld applicator at −6 °C treats only the area you choose, so the rest of your body stays warm.
Skin may look pink for a little while as it warms, and you can go straight back to your day.
Book it as the cold finish in our 60-minute Cavitation + Cryotherapy Combo.
The applicator is cooled to −6 °C and moved slowly and continuously across the skin. Cold makes the small blood vessels near the surface narrow; as the area warms again, circulation returns, which is why the skin often looks pink and feels tighter for a while afterwards. Keeping the applicator moving is what keeps the cold comfortable and controlled.
This is a cosmetic cold-therapy toning session aimed at how the skin looks: smoother, more toned and refreshed. It is not a medical procedure, it does not replace exercise or a healthy diet, and results vary from person to person. As with most cosmetic body treatments, any change is best kept up with a series of sessions and occasional maintenance, and it can be paired with ultrasonic cavitation in the same visit.
Drink water through the day and wear comfortable clothing. At intake we ask about pregnancy, a pacemaker or metal implants, cold urticaria, Raynaud’s and any recent surgery, then agree on the area to treat. The skin there should be clean and free of cuts, lesions or irritation.
You lie comfortably while a trained specialist moves the chilled applicator over the area. The first minute feels very cold, then the sensation settles into a tingle or numbness as the skin adapts. The applicator never stays in one spot, and you can ask for a pause at any point during the 60 minutes.
The treated skin may look pink and feel cool or tingly for a short while as it warms. There is no downtime, so you can drive home or head back to work. Keep drinking water, stay active through the day, and book your next session as planned.

Our Body Cryotherapy session is $420 for 60 minutes. If you also want ultrasonic cavitation, the Cavitation + Cryotherapy Combo is $540 for the same 60 minutes, and bundles of 6, 10 or 12 combo sessions ($3,095, $4,255 and $5,095) bring the per-session price as low as about $425. No. CoolSculpting is a separate, branded cryolipolysis system, a medical device offered through medical providers. Our Cryo Body Sculpting session is a cosmetic cold-therapy toning treatment: a chilled applicator at −6 °C is moved over the skin to help it look smoother and more toned. It is not a cryolipolysis procedure, and we make no medical claims for it.
The cold is intense for the first minute, and the skin can look pink or feel numb and tingly for a short time afterwards. It is not for everyone: skip it with cold urticaria, Raynaud’s, pregnancy, a pacemaker or metal implants. And because it is cosmetic, changes are modest, vary from person to person and fade without follow-up sessions.
It is designed as a cosmetic toning session, and the change it aims for is in how the skin looks — smoother and more toned — rather than in body size or weight. Results vary from person to person. It works best as part of a series, alongside hydration, regular movement and a healthy diet, and it pairs well with ultrasonic cavitation.
It is cold rather than painful. The first minute is the most intense; after that most people feel a tingle or numbness as the skin adapts. The applicator keeps moving the whole time, and you can ask for a pause or a lighter pass whenever you like.
That depends on the area and what you would like to see, so we plan it with you at your first visit. Most cosmetic body treatments are done as a series followed by occasional maintenance, because results fade without follow-up. If you are also doing cavitation, the combo bundles of 6, 10 or 12 sessions are the most economical way to plan it.
No. Whole-body cryotherapy chambers expose the whole body to very cold air for a few minutes. Our session uses a handheld applicator chilled to −6 °C that treats one area at a time, so the rest of you stays warm and comfortable. It is a cosmetic body toning session, not a chamber session or a medical treatment.
Please choose another treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have cold urticaria, Raynaud’s or another cold-sensitivity condition, a pacemaker or metal implants in the area, or open lesions, an active skin infection or a recent surgical site where we would work. If you have a heart or circulation condition, check with your physician first.
Yes. The Cavitation + Cryotherapy Combo is $540 for 60 minutes: ultrasonic cavitation first to target the appearance of a stubborn area, then the −6 °C applicator over the same area for a smoother, more toned finish. Bundles of 6, 10 or 12 combo sessions lower the per-session price.
No. The skin may look pink and feel cool for a short while as it warms, and you can go straight back to work or errands. Keep drinking water, stay active through the day and book your next session as planned so the series stays consistent.
