Both are designed to help skin look firmer and smoother over a series of sessions, with no needles and no downtime.
They suit anyone noticing crepey texture, softer contours along the jaw and neck, or a décolletage that looks less smooth than it used to. With our body devices we can also focus on body areas such as the abdomen, arms and thighs. Results are gradual, temporary and vary from person to person, so a series is recommended.
Both facials cost $250, and many clients alternate them across a series. A trained skincare specialist reviews your skin first and recommends where to start, and our spa at Hulen Mall is open evenings and weekends. Skin tightening here is cosmetic, designed to support a firmer look, and is not a substitute for surgery.

How RF and LED skin tightening work
Radio-frequency (RF) energy is converted into gentle warmth in the deeper layers of the skin. That controlled warmth is used to support the skin’s natural collagen, the protein that helps skin look firm. LED skin tightening uses red and near-infrared light instead of heat. Our Perfectio X and Elevare devices are FDA-cleared Class II devices that deliver red and infrared wavelengths, with Elevare working in the 640–840 nm range. FDA clearance relates to each device’s own indication, not to skin tightening or any particular cosmetic result.
Collagen renews slowly, so both approaches work gradually. Many clients notice firmer, smoother-looking skin over several weeks, and the effect fades with time and natural aging, which is why a series followed by maintenance is recommended. These are cosmetic treatments that work at the level of the skin. They do not replace surgery and are not intended to treat any medical condition.
What to expect during your skin tightening
Before
Your specialist starts with a short consultation about your goals, health history, implants and any recent fillers, Botox or peels. Your skin is cleansed to prepare it for treatment. Let us know which areas matter most to you: the face, the neck, the décolletage or a body area.
During
For RF, a handpiece glides over the skin with a thin layer of gel and you feel a comfortable, building warmth. For LED, you rest under red and near-infrared light with eye protection, and it feels gently warm and quiet. RF sessions finish with the 24K gold and black caviar mask. Both take about 60 minutes.
After
There is no downtime. Skin may look slightly pink for an hour, and makeup can usually go on the same day. Wear sunscreen, keep your skin hydrated, and plan your next session one to two weeks later so the firmer look has a chance to build across the series.

Face, neck and décolletage
The neck and décolletage see as much sun as the face but often get far less care, so they can start to look crepey sooner. Our skin tightening sessions cover the face, neck and décolletage, which keeps the result looking even from the jawline down rather than stopping at the chin.
Skin tightening for the body
Looser-looking skin on the abdomen, upper arms or thighs is common with age, sun exposure and changes in body shape. With our body devices we can focus on these areas as part of a body session, and we will tell you which option suits the area you have in mind. Body skin tightening is cosmetic and gradual: it supports a smoother, firmer look but does not remove skin or replace surgery.
Good to know before you book
- RF is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with a pacemaker or metal implants in the treatment area.
- LED light is not recommended with epilepsy or light sensitivity, or with medication that makes your skin sensitive to light.
- Tell us about recent fillers, Botox or peels, and skip your session if you have open lesions or an active skin infection.
- Results are gradual, temporary and vary from person to person; a series of sessions is recommended.

If anything ever feels too hot, tell us and the setting is lowered right away.
Does skin tightening hurt?
No. RF feels like a comfortable, building warmth, and LED light feels gently warm. Neither needs numbing cream, and you can ask us to adjust the warmth at any time. Skin may look slightly pink for an hour afterwards, and you can return to your normal routine the same day.
