Body Contouring · From $245 · 30–60 min
Most body contouring visits at our Hulen Mall spa focus on one of four regions: the abdomen, the flanks, the thighs, and the upper arms. These are the areas where clients most often tell us they want a smoother or more contoured look, and they are the areas the handpieces are shaped to cover well. Both of our body contouring services, ultrasonic cavitation and body cryotherapy, are used on these same regions.
We can look at other areas on request, but we are honest about whether the applicator can cover a spot properly. Some areas are too small, too curved, or too close to bone to treat comfortably. If an area is a poor fit, we say so before you book a series rather than after.
Every session is cosmetic. We are working on how an area looks and feels, not on weight or body composition. Results vary, and photos taken in consistent light are the fair way to judge them. For the basics of how each device works, see our body contouring page.
The abdomen is among the most requested areas. We treat the front of the midsection from just below the ribs to just above the hip bones, with the handpiece moving in slow, overlapping passes. Many clients notice the area feeling smoother over a series. The look of the abdomen shifts with salt, sleep, and the time of day, so we compare photos taken under the same conditions.
The flanks are the sides of the waist, the region many people call love handles. We treat the left and right flank together in one session, since one side alone would leave an uneven look. Clients who want both the abdomen and the flanks addressed are usually the ones who choose a two-area package, and we explain how that is counted below.
Thighs can mean several things, so we ask which part you have in mind. The inner thighs, the outer thighs, and the front of the thigh are each a distinct surface, and a 60-minute session is usually planned around one of them on both legs. Inner thighs are a common request. We treat both legs in the same visit so the look stays balanced.
Upper arms are treated from the shoulder to the elbow on the back and underside of the arm. Both arms are covered in one session. The surface is smaller than the thighs or abdomen, so the express 30-minute session can be enough for a maintenance visit once a full series is complete.
For all four regions, the goal is the same: a temporary reduction in the look of fullness and a smoother feel to the skin. These are cosmetic outcomes, not weight changes, and they do not replace diet or movement.
Both ultrasonic cavitation and body cryotherapy are used on the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and upper arms, and some clients pair the two. Which one suits a given area depends on the finish you have in mind, and we talk that through in person. For a side-by-side look at the two devices and which to try first, see our which-first guide, and see our packages page for current bundle pricing.
Clients ask this often, and it matters most when you are choosing a package. Here is how we usually count. One area is one of the regions above, treated as a matched pair wherever the body has a left and a right side. The abdomen is one area. The flanks, left and right together, are one area. The inner thighs, both legs, are one area. The upper arms, both arms, are one area. Pairs are generally counted as a single area.
In the same way, we usually treat the abdomen and the flanks as two separate areas, even though they sit next to each other. The same goes for inner and outer thighs. Each is its own surface with its own set of passes, and a 60-minute session is typically planned around one of them. If you want the midsection as a whole, that is usually an abdomen session and a flank session, counted as two.
This is how we usually count an area; we confirm it with you before you buy a package. If your goals do not fit this list neatly, ask us before you commit. We would rather map it out at your first visit than have you discover later that a package covers less than you expected.
Our body packages are counted in treatments. The Pro package is 8 treatments for $2,795, the Premium is 12 for $4,095, and the VIP is 24 for $6,995. The Exclusive package is 16 treatments across two areas for $4,995, about $312 per treatment. It is the one package written around two areas from the start, and the one we point to when a client wants, for example, the abdomen and the flanks, or the inner thighs and the upper arms.
Sixteen treatments across two areas usually means 8 sessions per area, and eight weekly sessions on one area is a typical starting point for a cavitation series. We help you choose both areas at the first visit so we can plan the sequence and take starting photos. If your goals shift partway through, ask us at your next visit. Package terms are set at the spa.
There are two sensible ways to run a two-area series, and we choose between them with you. The first is to alternate. One week is the abdomen, the next is the flanks, and so on, which gives each area roughly two weeks between its own sessions. Many clients prefer this because each visit is a single 60-minute appointment and the package runs over about sixteen weeks.
The second, where the schedule allows, is to run both areas back to back in a longer visit, two sessions in one appointment, once a week, so the package completes in about eight weeks. This suits clients with a date in mind or a long drive to Fort Worth. It is more time on the table, and some people find the second session tiring. Either sequence spends the same 16 treatments. The difference is pace rather than outcome, as far as we can tell, and results vary either way.
We aim to keep notes on each area's settings, and we encourage photos at the start and end of a series so you can judge it fairly. If one area seems to be responding and the other is not, we say so and talk through the options with you at your next visit.
Body contouring is a cosmetic service, not medical care. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, have cold urticaria, have an active skin infection in the area, or have had recent surgery, please talk to your physician before booking. The same applies if you are managing an ongoing health condition, or if there is a hernia or a healing scar in the area. A short conversation with your doctor is the right first step, and we are glad to wait.
Please tell us about any numbness in the area before we begin, since the passes rely on you telling us if anything feels too warm or too cold. If you are unsure whether a region is a good candidate, ask us at your first visit; there is no obligation to buy a package.
Often, yes. Depending on the schedule we can run two areas back to back in a longer appointment or alternate them week by week. Both approaches use the same number of treatments. Ask when you book.
Usually one. We treat the left and right flank together in a single session, since one side alone would look uneven. The same generally applies to both thighs and both upper arms. We confirm how an area is counted before you buy a package.
It varies from person to person. The abdomen and flanks are among the most requested, and many clients notice a smoother look there over a series. Photos taken in consistent light are the honest measure, and results vary.
Treatments at Vearitea Wellness Spa are cosmetic and wellness services, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cold urticaria, an active skin infection, or have had recent surgery, talk to your physician before booking.
If you are weighing which areas to start with, you are welcome to book a first session and we can map out a sequence that fits your goals and schedule.
