Ultrasonic cavitation can work for what it is designed to do. It is a non-invasive cosmetic session that targets the appearance of stubborn areas, most often the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and upper arms. Many clients notice a smoother or more contoured look over a series of sessions. Results vary from person to person, and they need maintenance.
It will not change your weight or move the scale. It is not medical care. If someone promises you a certain outcome or a one-visit transformation, that promise is not honest. We would rather you walk in with clear expectations than walk out disappointed.
During a session, we move a handheld applicator over the treatment area. The device emits low-frequency ultrasonic waves, which pass through the skin into the tissue beneath. Many clients describe the feeling as gentle warmth and a faint hum. There are no needles, and there is usually no downtime. You can return to your day right away.
The purpose is cosmetic. We are working on how an area looks and feels, not on your overall body composition. The scale is the wrong measuring tool for this service. Photos taken in the same light, from the same angle, and at the same time of day tell a far more useful story than a number.
Our full session is 60 minutes and covers one area with time to spare. The express version is 30 minutes and suits a smaller area or a maintenance visit. You can read the step-by-step on our body contouring page.
Two people can have the same series and see different results. Age, skin elasticity, hydration, sleep, hormones, and the starting condition of the area all play a part. Some of that is out of anyone's hands. Some of it is not.
Hydration matters. We ask clients to drink water the day before, the day of, and the days after each session. Movement matters. A walk after your appointment is a simple habit we recommend. Diet matters more than any device. If eating habits stay the same, the appearance of an area tends to drift back over time, and no series of sessions will hold it in place.
This is the honest trade. Cavitation may temporarily refine the look of an area. Your habits decide how long that look stays.
One session rarely tells you much. A typical starting point is a series of six to twelve sessions per area, usually spaced several days to a week apart. Many clients begin to notice a change partway through the series, and the clearest comparison usually comes at the end of it.
We suggest deciding on a series before the first visit rather than judging after a single appointment. That is why our packages are built around session counts rather than single visits. After a series, many clients move to maintenance, which might be one session every few weeks. The right cadence depends on how your body responds and on what you are doing between visits.
If you are not noticing any difference after six sessions with consistent habits, tell us. We would rather adjust the plan, or suggest the approach described on our cryo body sculpting page, than keep booking sessions that are not giving you what you came for.
Nothing useful, as far as anyone can show. There is no evidence that daily sessions produce better results than sessions spaced several days apart. We believe the area benefits from time between sessions, and stacking appointments does not appear to shorten that process. It mainly spends your budget faster.
We recommend at least several days between sessions on the same area, and we will not suggest a tighter schedule. If you have a date you are working toward, the better plan is to start earlier, not to compress the series. Tell us your timeline when you book and we will map the sessions backward from it.
Our single-session pricing is straightforward. A 60-minute ultrasonic cavitation body contouring session is $400. A 30-minute express body session is $245. Both can be booked without a package.
Because this service works best as a series, many clients choose a body package. The Pro package is 8 treatments for $2,795, which comes to about $349 per treatment. Premium is 12 treatments for $4,095, about $341 each. Exclusive is 16 treatments across two areas for $4,995, about $312 each. VIP is 24 treatments for $6,995, about $291 each. The per-treatment cost drops as the series grows, and the larger packages suit clients working on more than one area or planning for maintenance from the start.
If you would like to pair cavitation with body cryotherapy in the same visit, the combination session is $540 for 60 minutes. Bundles of six, ten, and twelve bring that to $516, $426, and $425 per visit. Full details are on our packages page. Affirm financing is available, and parking at Hulen Mall is free.
Avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before your session, and wear clothing that is easy to adjust around the treatment area. In the hours after a session, the area may look slightly pink and feel warm to the touch. Some clients notice mild tenderness or a feeling of fullness that usually settles within a few hours. If anything lasts longer than a day, let us know before your next visit.
Once your main series is complete, the 30-minute express body session is the natural maintenance visit. It covers a single area in half the time, and it fits a lighter schedule of occasional check-ins rather than a full hour each time. Pause the series if you are ill, if you start a new medication, or if you have surgery coming up. Tell us, and we will work out together when to pick it back up.
Use your photo log to decide whether to continue. At the halfway point of a series, set the first photo beside the latest one. If you can see a difference, carry on and finish the series. If you cannot, and your habits have been steady, that is the moment to talk with us about adjusting the plan rather than finishing the series out of habit.
Our services are cosmetic, not medical care. Please talk to your physician before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have cold urticaria, have an active skin infection in the treatment area, or have had recent surgery. If you have a health condition you are unsure about, ask us. We will tell you plainly whether a session is a good idea right now or whether it is better to wait.
No. It is a cosmetic service that works on the appearance of a specific area. It does not change your weight, and it is not a substitute for diet or movement.
Many clients notice a subtle change partway through a series, and the clearest comparison comes after six to twelve sessions. Results vary, and consistent hydration and habits between sessions make a real difference.
A 60-minute session covers one area well. For two areas, the Exclusive package of 16 treatments is built for that. Tell us during booking and we will plan the sequence.
