Our hours, and why evenings work

Vearitea Wellness Spa is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 9pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. We are inside Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, and for many of our clients that is the whole point. A facial does not have to mean taking a half day off or giving up a Saturday morning.

Evenings and weekends are popular windows, so we cannot promise a particular time will be free, and we would rather say that plainly than suggest otherwise. What we can do is tell you quickly what is open, and offer the closest alternative if your first choice is taken.

A facial after work on a weeknight

Most of our facials run sixty minutes. That includes the LED skin tightening facial, the RF face and neck facial and the cryotherapy facial. If you leave the office around 5:30 and reach the mall by 6:15, a 6:30 start lets you finish with time to spare before we close at 8. We suggest arriving about ten minutes early so the intake conversation does not eat into your treatment.

The latest start we can offer on a given night depends on the length of the treatment you choose and on what is already on the book. A thirty-minute express hydrating facial can begin later in the evening than a sixty-minute session. When you request a time, tell us which treatment you have in mind and we will tell you the latest realistic start for that day.

One honest note about late appointments. Our 10-minute late policy matters more in the evening than at noon, because the time after yours may be the last of the day. If you are running behind, call (214) 447-7748 and we will tell you whether the full session still fits or whether a shorter option or another day makes more sense.

Fitting thirty minutes into a mall trip

The express hydrating facial is $125 for thirty minutes, and it was built for exactly this. Park once, for free, and fold the facial into an errand run. Some clients book it before they shop so their skin has the rest of the visit to settle. Others book it last, so they leave the mall and head straight home with nothing on their face but what we applied.

If you plan to keep shopping afterward, keep expectations simple. Skin may look a little fresher and feel more comfortable right away, and many clients notice that. It may also look slightly pink for a short while after some treatments. Results vary from person to person. We suggest skipping heavy makeup for the rest of the evening, though that is a preference rather than a rule.

For the full menu and what each facial involves, see our facials page. If you are unsure which to choose for a short visit, say so when you book and we will suggest one.

Friday and Saturday evenings

On Friday and Saturday we stay open until 9pm. That makes a sixty-minute facial possible after a full workday, before a late dinner, or as the first stop of a night out. A 7pm start is realistic on those two days in a way it is not on a Tuesday.

If you are booking ahead of an event, we have one piece of advice we give everyone. Do not make your first facial the same evening as the occasion. Skin can look temporarily brighter after a session, and it can also look temporarily flushed. Neither is a problem on an ordinary night, but you may not want to find out which one you get an hour before photos. A trial session a week or two earlier shows you how your skin tends to respond, and the second visit can then be timed with more confidence.

Sundays, 12 to 6

Sunday is our shortest day, from noon to 6pm. For a sixty-minute treatment, the last start we can usually offer sits in the late afternoon. If Sunday is the only day that works for you, request it early in the week and give us two windows rather than one.

Sunday also pairs well with a longer visit. If you have been thinking about combining a facial with time on the red-light bed, or with a body session, the afternoon leaves room to do both without hurrying. We will tell you how long the combined visit runs before you commit.

How to request a time

There are three ways. Use our booking page, call (214) 447-7748, or email info@vearitea.com. Whichever you choose, include the treatment you want, the day or days that suit you, and two time windows if you can. Two windows make it much more likely we can place you on the first reply.

A request is not a confirmed appointment until we reply, so please wait for our confirmation before planning around it. Evening and weekend slots can go quickly, so if your schedule is firm, request a few days ahead rather than the morning of. If you would like us to reach out should something open sooner, say so in your request.

If you would like to see prices before you request, our pricing page lists every treatment and package. Affirm financing is available at checkout if you prefer to split a package into payments.

Before you book: the small print and who should check first

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel, so the time can go to someone else. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Mall parking is free, so there is nothing to validate. We ask that children not accompany you, and that pets stay home, with service animals welcome as the rules allow.

Our services are cosmetic services, not medical care. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have cold urticaria, have an active skin infection or have had recent surgery, talk to your physician before booking, and let us know when you arrive. If you are managing a skin condition such as rosacea, melasma or eczema, a dermatologist or physician is the right first step, and we are happy to work alongside that advice.

A single facial is a typical starting point. If you find an evening or weekend rhythm that suits you, we can talk later about whether a series or a package makes sense, without any pressure to decide on the first visit.

Questions about this guide

What is the latest I can start a facial on a weeknight?

We close at 8pm Monday through Thursday. The latest start depends on the treatment length and what is already booked. A thirty-minute facial can begin later than a sixty-minute one. Tell us your treatment and we will give you the latest realistic time.

Can I shop at the mall after a facial?

Yes, and many clients do. Skin may look slightly pink for a short while after some treatments, so we suggest skipping heavy makeup that evening. Results vary. Parking is free, so you can park once for both.

Are weekend appointments hard to get?

They are popular times, so we cannot promise a specific slot. Requesting a few days ahead and offering two windows helps. A request is not confirmed until we reply.

Treatments at Vearitea Wellness Spa are cosmetic and wellness services, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cold urticaria, an active skin infection, or have had recent surgery, talk to your physician before booking.
