Getting to Hulen Mall and where to park

Vearitea Wellness Spa is inside Hulen Mall at 4800 S Hulen St, Fort Worth, TX 76132, just off I-20 at Hulen Street. Mall parking is free, and there is nothing to validate. Pick any lot, park near the entrance you prefer, and leave a few extra minutes on your first visit so you are not hurrying through the mall.

If you are driving in from Arlington, Benbrook, Burleson or farther out, plan around I-20 traffic in the late afternoon. We suggest arriving about ten minutes before your appointment time. That gives you room to find us, settle in and finish the intake form without feeling rushed.

Finding Suite 1110 inside the mall

We have a single location, Suite 1110 inside Hulen Mall. Check the mall directory or ask mall staff for Suite 1110. If you would rather not guess, call (214) 447-7748 from the parking lot and we will tell you the closest entrance to use.

The door is marked with our name. Walk in, and we will greet you, confirm your appointment and show you where to sit. If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait inside with us.

What to bring, and what to leave at home

Bring your phone so we can reach you, your payment method, and any questions you have been saving. It also helps to know the names of the skincare products you use most days and the dates of any recent procedures, since we ask about both on the form. If you plan to use Affirm, setting up your plan before you arrive keeps checkout short.

Comfortable clothing is best. For a facial, we work on the face, neck and upper chest, so a top that is easy to pull back at the collar is helpful. For a body session, we ask you to uncover only the area being treated and we drape everything else. For some treatments we ask you to remove earrings and necklaces.

Two small requests from our policies. Please arrange childcare, since we ask that children not accompany you, and please leave pets at home. Service animals are welcome as the rules allow. You can read the full list on our policies page.

The intake form

Before your first treatment we ask you to complete a short intake form. It takes about five minutes. The questions are practical rather than intrusive, and they shape how we work with you that day.

We ask whether you are pregnant, whether you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, and whether you are sensitive to cold. We ask about recent fillers or Botox, since we may avoid working over those areas for a period of time. We ask about active breakouts, open skin and recent procedures. We also ask what you hope to see change, so we can set honest expectations together.

Please answer fully. The form is how we decide which treatments are appropriate, which to adjust and which to skip for now. Our services are cosmetic services, not medical care. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have cold urticaria, have an active skin infection or have had recent surgery, talk to your physician before booking. In some cases we may ask you to wait or choose a different treatment.

How a 30-minute appointment is paced

Our express hydrating facial runs thirty minutes, and it moves at a calm, steady pace. We begin with a short conversation about your skin and your form. Then we cleanse, look at the skin under good light and move into the treatment itself. The last few minutes are for finishing products and any questions you have.

A thirty-minute visit is a sensible first step if you want to meet us, see the space and feel the quality of the work before committing to a longer session. Many first-time clients choose it for exactly that reason, and many notice skin that looks a little fresher afterward. Results vary.

How a 60-minute appointment is paced

Sixty-minute sessions follow the same rhythm with more room in the middle. For an LED facial, that time covers cleansing, preparation, the LED passes with the Perfectio X and Sapphire X devices, and then a mask or serum. For a cryotherapy facial, the applicator is chilled to about minus 6 degrees Celsius and moves across the skin in brief, controlled passes, with your comfort checked as we go.

We tell you what each step is before we do it. If something feels too warm, too cool or simply not pleasant, say so and we adjust. There is no benefit in pushing through discomfort, and nothing about the session depends on it.

For many clients, any brief flush or cool feeling after the session settles within the hour. A single session is a typical starting point rather than a finish line, and if you are curious about a series we will tell you plainly what one might look like for your goals. See our facials page for descriptions of each option.

After your treatment: makeup and the rest of your day

Most clients return to their day right away. There is usually nothing to recover from, though skin may look slightly flushed or feel cool for a short while. If you would like to put makeup on, we suggest waiting a few hours so the products we applied have time to settle, though it is a suggestion rather than a rule. Many clients find they would rather not cover their skin for the rest of the day.

Keep things simple that evening. A gentle cleanser, a moisturizer and sunscreen the next morning are enough. Set aside strong actives such as retinoids and exfoliating acids for a day or two unless we tell you otherwise. If a question comes up later, email info@vearitea.com and we will answer.

Confirmations, hours, payment and policies

When you request a time online or by phone, we text or call to confirm it. Your appointment is not held until you hear from us. We also use that call to answer questions and tell you anything you should know before you arrive. For the full menu with prices, see our pricing page.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 11am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 9pm, and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. We accept credit and debit cards and Affirm financing, which lets you split a treatment or package into payments if that suits you better.

Two policies matter most. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your time to someone else. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten the treatment or reschedule it, and a cancellation fee may apply. Neither rule exists for its own sake. They let us keep every appointment on time, including yours.

Questions about this guide

Can I wear makeup to my appointment?

Yes. We remove it during cleansing, so there is no need to arrive bare-faced. Coming without makeup saves a few minutes, but it is not required.

What if I am running late?

Call us at (214) 447-7748 as soon as you know. We will try to accommodate you. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply under our 24-hour policy.

Do I need to buy a package on my first visit?

No. Most first visits are a single facial, and a single session is a typical starting point. If you want to continue, we can talk through packages afterward, without pressure.

Treatments at Vearitea Wellness Spa are cosmetic and wellness services, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cold urticaria, an active skin infection, or have had recent surgery, talk to your physician before booking.
